History:
1969: Formerly the Industrial Design Institute under the Ministry of Construction Architecture, Government established on October 9th, 1969 by Decision No. 201 / CP signed by Prime Minister Do Muoi;
1974: Renamed Institute of industrial construction in accordance with the decision dated Jan 16th, 1974 No. 109 / BXD of the Minister of Construction;
1992: Renamed Institute of construction industry and urban construction in accordance with the decision dated January 29th, 1992 No. 787 / BXD - TCCB of the Minister of Construction;
1993: Establishment of state-owned enterprises: construction consultancy company industrial and urban Vietnam on May 5th,1993
2007: Transfer to VCC Engineering Consultants Joint Stock Company on February 7th, 2007
2017: The Company s shares were listed first on the Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol CCV on January 1st, 2017.
