AutoČačak doo is the general importer for ŠKODA cars and spare parts for Serbia and Montenegro. AutoČačak started operating in 1991 and soon after its establishment, it made contact with the Kragujevac-based Zastava. AutoČačak becomes the first private company with a contract for the sale and servicing of the passenger and cargo program of this company. A year later, AutoČačak signed an agreement on the sale of FAP Mercedes' truck and vehicle parts program, as well as an agreement with Zastava Impex on the sale and distribution of Lada Niva off-road vehicles. Inevitably, significant sales results are achieved in this period, which positions AutoČačak as a stable car company in development. In the spring of 1996, at the Belgrade Motor Show, the owner and founder of AutoCacak, Milenko Kostic, established successful contact with representatives of the Czech car company Skoda Auto, and on May 7 of that year AutoCacak became the general importer of Škoda cars. The trial contract included the mandatory sale of 500 vehicles over a period of 6 months. However, as many as 100 percent more vehicles found a buyer, that is, over 1,000 vehicles began to be driven through the former Yugoslavia in that period. The growth trend is present to this day, in which AutoČačak can boast of over 70,000 vehicles sold in Serbia and Montenegro. The company AutoCacak is located along the main highway, at the entrance to Cacak from the direction of Belgrade. In addition to the company's headquarters, there is also a sales salon, service workshops for providing road transport services, a motel and a restaurant. All contents are made according to the highest European standards. In addition to Škoda vehicles, AutoČačak also sells used vehicles of all models and manufacturers and provides the services of the entire service, which includes warranty and post-warranty service, painting, adjustment and body work. In addition to its headquarters in Čačak, AutoČačak has its sales and service showrooms in Belgrade and Niš. Showrooms made according to the standards of Škoda Auto are also located in Novi Sad, Šabac and Valjevo. In previous years, AutoČačak has developed a network of authorized dealers and repairers of Škoda vehicles throughout Serbia and Montenegro.
