Flour mill Danubius was initially established in 1918. The company, which is headquartered in Novi Sad, is primarily engaged in the manufacture of flour and pasta.
In February 2006, local Delta M acquired a 70% stake in the company for EUR 10.75 million. The previous majority owner of the company was the state with 91.03%. Later in 2006 three separate entities - Delta Agrar, Delta Automoto and Delta DMD were spun off from Delta M and the shares of Danubius were transferred to Delta Agrar.
Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 65,000 tonnes of flour and 7,000 tonnes of pasta.
