Serbian company Planinka was initially established in 1964. In 1999 it was transformed into a joint-stock structure. The company has 3 core activities - it operates a mineral water bottling plant, runs two spa centers - Prolom Banja and Lukovska Banja and also is responsible for the protection of the Devil's Town (Djavolja Varos) natural monument.
The capacity of the bottling plant is 60 million liters per year. The company also manufactures juices with apple and bitter lemon flavors.
