The principal activities of the company were knitting of yarn, dyeing of knitted fabrics, manufacturing of garments out of those dyed fabrics and export those after being packed and finished.
The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange in 1995.
The Company has been delisted from Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2007 and Chittagong Stock Exchange in 2009.
The Company has been re-listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange in December 28,2017.
Currently The Company's shares were traded in Over the Counter (OTC) market in December 28,2017.
The Company changed its name from (Sajib Knitwear and Garments Limited) to (Alif Industries Limited) in March 2015.
