1992 :The Company was incorporated on August 2, 1992 and started its commercial operation on 31 August 1992.
1995: The company converted into a public limited company in 1995
The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange on 6 December 1995 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on 9 December 1995.
2007:The Company has been delisted from Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2007 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on 7 October 2009.
2015: The Company changed its name from Sajib Knitwear and Garments Limited to Alif Industries Limited in March 2015.
2017:The Company has been re-listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange in December 28,2017.
2018: The Company has been re-listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange on 25 January 2018.
