Malek Spinning Mills Limited (MSML) is a prominent spinning mill located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was established in January 1991 and became a Public Limited Company in September 2008. With approximately 64,000 spindles, MSML is one of the largest and most modern spinning mills in the country. The founders of the company are a group of dynamic entrepreneurs who have played a significant role in the development of Bangladesh's textile sector. MSML is known for its high-quality yarn, which is produced using 100% US Cotton. The company is a deemed exporter, supplying 100% of its yarn to local (knit) garments manufacturers. These manufacturers then export the garments to renowned apparel retailers worldwide. MSML was one of the first spinning mills in Bangladesh to receive Uster certification, ensuring the superior quality of its yarn. The company is located in Shafipur (Kaliakoir), Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. MSML has a daily production capacity ranging from 30,000 kg to 33,000 kg. It employs around 1,400 individuals. The spinning mill is equipped with advanced technology, including Ring Frames from Laksmi, Autoconers from Schlafhorst, and an A.C Plant from LUWA. MSML also has a testing laboratory equipped with instruments from Uster and utilizes the Oracle ERP system. MSML's product range includes ring-spun yarn with combed yarn counts ranging from 20Ne to 40Ne and carded yarn counts ranging from 18Ne to 50Ne. The company's capacity is 35,000 kg per day.
