Hubei J.S. Machine Co., Ltd. is a limited-liability corporation reorganized on the basis of Hubei Jingyuan Co., Ltd., which was established on March 30, 1993 and renamed as Hubei Jingshan Light Ind. Machinery Stock Co., Ltd. in December 1996. The company's A shares were listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 26, 1998. The company has been ISO9002 and ISO9001 certified. It is one of the biggest company which produces paper-made products and is engaged in manufacture and sale of paper products packaging and printing machines. Its main products are cardboard packaging machines, paper box packaging machines and printing machines, among others. The company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the company had four major subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and sale of packaging machines and spare parts, as well as development of high and new technology.
