The Main Activities of The Company are Investment in Stocks, Equity Shares, Investment Funds of funds or other equity Bonds of Companies, Institutions or Investment Funds for the Purpose of Acquiring and investing in other assets, including physical assets, research institutes Manufacturing and construction.
The Company was established as a Public Joint Stock Company and registed under a registeration number 227186 on 1 August 2004 .
The Company listed in Iran Fara Bourse Base Market C on 31 December 2011.

SADRE PARS Finance Company is the majority shareholder of Danayan Pars investment company. Danayan Pars has been committed underwriter of companies like Zanjan Petrochemical industries company, Ayandeh Bank and etc. The main center of company is in Tehran.
