2009 :The Company is a public company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2063 onNovember 30, 2009 having its registered office at Kathmandu Metropolitan City ward no 1.
It obtained its certificate for business commencement from Company Registrar's office on December 22, 2009.
2018:The Company has changed its name from CEDB Hydro Fund to CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited on July 24, 2018.
2021:The Company is listed on Nepal Stock Exchange on June 8 ,2021.
2024:The Company changed it s name from CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited to CEDB Holdings Limited on November 08, 2024 .
