The principal objective of the company is to generate the hydro-electricity as per Power Purchase Agreement with NEA. The Company has obtained Electricity Generation License of Upallo Khimiti -12 MW and Upper Khimiti II 7 MW, which have the remaining project life of 26 years 6 month and 28 year 9 month respectively at the end of 2079 Ashad.
Both of these projects are developed under BOOT model. After the expiry of project period, it has to be transferred to Government Of Nepal.
The Company was established in 2056 ( 1999 ) s a private limited company by a highly esteemed team of professionals. It was converted into public limited company on 17th Kartik, 2071 ( November 03, 2014 ) .
The Company is be listed on Nepal Stock Exchange on May 21, 2019.
