Roldrob S.A. (Poland)

Roldrob S.A. is a company located in Tomaszow Mazowiecki, Poland. It is part of the Drosed Group, with the French company LDC as its strategic shareholder. LDC is a leading European poultry industry company with annual turnover exceeding €5.1 billion and employing over 24,000 people. The company's history dates back to 1945 when it started as a regional poultry farming and egg processing company called Rejonowa Zbiornica Jajczarsko-Drobiarska. In 1970, the company changed its name to Tomaszowskie Zakłady Drobiarskie and relocated to a new facility on Warszawska Street. Over the years, the company expanded its operations to include the slaughter of poultry and the processing of poultry products. In 1995, the company underwent privatization and became a joint-stock company with the participation of employees and the strategic investor "ROLIMPEX" S.A. The following year, Tomaszowskie Zakłady Drobiarskie "ROLDROB" Spółka z o.o. was established, and in 1998, the Drosed Group acquired over 75% of the shares in Tomaszowskie Zakłady Drobiarskie ROLDROB Sp. z o.o.
