Agrisol International R.O. SRL company was founded in 1999. The Agrisol team built an integrated production process starting with compound food production, pigs and poultry rearing, slaughtering, transportation and selling chicken meat. In the year 2000 began the construction of the first compound feed factory, silos and annexes. In 2005 the company keeps expanding by acquiring the farm from Lipanesti and by modernizing the halls of Cazanesti complex. Agrisol takes over the seven agricultural commercial entities of Toneli group in 2008 and starts the expansion of the slaughterhouse from Boldesti Scaieni.
