Wice Logistics Pcl is an international logistics service and solution provider based in Bangkok, Thailand. The company was incorporated in 1993 as Wice Freight Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and initially focused on providing sea freight services in the Thailand – United States market. It has a registered capital of 300 million baht and is a joint venture between investors in Thailand (70% shares) and Wice Group, a group of foreign companies based in Singapore and Hong Kong (30% shares). Over the years, Wice Logistics has expanded its services to include customs clearance. In 2002 and 2004, the largest shareholder, Mrs. Araya Kongsoonthorn, acquired shares from the Hong Kong and Singapore groups, respectively, resulting in the company being held entirely by Thai nationals. In November 2013, Wice Freight Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Prompt Freight Logistics Co., Ltd., and Wice Logistics Co., Ltd. merged to form a new company under the former name of Wice Freight Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The company then increased its registered and paid-up capital to 180 million baht and acquired 99.99% shares in Sun Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Wice Logistics Public Company Limited, with a registered capital of 300 million baht, offers a range of services including international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, inland transportation, cross-border services, multimodal transport operation, warehouse management, and other freight-related services for imports and exports. The company operates through four segments: Sea freight, Air freight, Cross-border service, and Supply chain solution. It focuses on sea freight forwarding services, providing ships and containers from reputable shipping lines to meet the needs of each customer. Additionally, it offers air cargo export and import services worldwide and full truck load (FTL) cross-border services.
