2008: The Company operates under the business license No. 0300812161 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on 7 July 2008.
2009: Renamed as Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company. The Company operates under the business license No. 411033000030 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on 8 September 2009.
2017: Shares of the Company are listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange under the code SBV . First trading on May 16, 2017.
