HISTORY:
1976: The forerunner of the Company was Material Joint Stock Company of Hau Giang Province was established under Decision No. 245/VT-QD on March 3, 1976 of Minister of Materials.
1991: The Company renamed to Material Joint Stock Company of Can Tho Province due to the separation of the province of Hau Giang into Soc Trang and Can Tho.
1993: The Company renamed to Hau Giang General Materials Company.
2003: The Company was equitized and renamed to Hau Giang Material Joint Stock Company (HAMACO) under Decision No. 0024/2003/QD-TM Decision of Minister of Commerce on January 10, 2003 and officially activities in the form of shares in April 2003.
2017: Shares of the Company were traded on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center with the ticket HAM on August 21, 2017.
