Hanoi - Hai Phong Beer Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Viet Hoa Ice Water Enterprise, was established on June 15, 6 under Decision No. 1960 / QĐUB of Hai Phong City People's Committee in the form of a joint venture company. In 1978, it was renamed Hai Phong Freshwater Enterprise, and in 1990, it became Hai Phong Soft Water Brewery. In 1993, the name was changed to Hai Phong Brewery, and in 1995, it was changed again to Hai Phong Brewery. On September 23, 2004, it was converted into Hai Phong Beer Joint Stock Company. The company operates under the model of a joint stock company and is a subsidiary of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation. The main shareholders are the state and other enterprise shareholders. The company's charter capital is VND 25,500,200,000.
