The company's predecessor is a Vietnamese company. After that, the subject was acquired by ANDROS ET CIE S.A.S. (France) on 26 Jul 2016. The subject is engaged in production and processing of frozen fruit, pureed fruit, jam, ingredients for making cakes and drinks. Currently, the company has 02 production factories in Go Cong Town and My Tho City. The Go Cong factory has a capacity of 1,500 finished product pallets, increasing the total production capacity to 22,000 tons of finished products per year. Each year, the company purchases over 20,000 tons of fresh fruit for processing; exports about 8,000 tons of fruit around the world. Exporting frozen fruit and pureed fruit to B2B customers worldwide is its largest business market. In the Vietnamese market, the company mainly focuses on beverage and baking ingredients with products under the brand name Andros Professional. Products are present in the largest coffee chains in Vietnam such as: The Coffee House, Phuc Long and Highland Coffee,... In addition, the company also supplies products to Vinamilk and some other manufacturers in the local market. In particular, in 2019, it launched products for the retail industry under the brand of Fruit Me Up (pureed fruit product).In June 2022, its parent company signed a memorandum of cooperation (MOU) with the Tien Giang Provincial Cooperative Alliance to build a chain of production and consumption of fruit trees according to the model of technical agricultural service, including seed services, harvest and post-harvest care techniques, processing and off-take services, ensuring Andros Asia's input materials meet Global GAP standards. Through that, the company promotes cooperation with farmers and fruit suppliers, aiming to increase the annual purchasing level to 30,000 tons of fresh fruit from the local area from 2025.
