The subject was established in 2006 in Hung Yen Province. It specializes in manufacturing aluminum billets and products made from aluminum (mainly); surface decoration with heat-press technology for shaped aluminum bar products, which are mainly exported to the USA, EU, and South Korea via the requirement of its parent company. It imports materials for production from South Korea (main), China, Malaysia, and India. Please note that two related companies in the same group named: Alutec Vina Joint Stock Company and KPTU Vina Shareholding Company had been merged into the subject in Apr 2021 which lifted charter capital up to VND 1,284,848,320,000. Hence, the subject is now running with 3 manufacturing bases in Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen and Binh Duong provinces. After merging, the assets scale increased clearly to above VND 6 trillion.
