Controlling indirectly 16.64% of the shares of Shuijingfang, only after the GSK Group, becoming the second largest shareholder. The company will use Diageo’s global marketing network for the high-range liquor of Shuijingfang to develop the international market and improve the sales, so as to make it advantageous for Chinese liquor go to the world arena.
