The Company main activities are investment services such as Investment in stocks, shares of companies, investment units of funds or other securities with the right to vote of companies, institutions or investment funds for profit only alone or with individuals Its affiliate does not take control of the company, institution or fund of the investable investment or does not have significant influence in it and Investing in other securities that do not normally have voting rights and do not give the owner of the securities the ability to select a manager or control the issuer.
The Company was established as private joint stock company on 14 November 2006 and was registered in the commercial registeration under number 11165.
The company changed it s legal form to be public joint stock company on 29 June 2014
The Company was listed in tehran stock exchnge on 2 September 2020.
-Subject of sub-activities:
1- Investment in coins, precious metals, bank deposit certificates and investment deposits with banks and authorized credit financial institutions;
2. Investing in stocks, shares of companies, investment units of funds or other securities with voting rights of companies, institutions or investment funds with the aim of gaining profit by taking control of the company, institution or investment fund alone or together with their affiliates. Or find considerable influence in it;
3 - Investment in other assets, including physical assets, production projects and construction projects for profit;
4 - Providing services related to the securities market, including:
1-4- Acceptance of positions in investment funds;
2-4- Financing securities marketing;
3-4- Participation in the underwriting commitment of securities;
4-4- Guarantee of liquidity, principal or minimum interest of securities.
