Telecom Argentina S.A., incorporated in 1990 and headquartered at General Hornos 690, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is one of the country’s largest and most diversified telecommunications and media companies. It provides quadruple-play services—including mobile and fixed telephony, broadband internet, cable television, and digital financial services—to over 30 million customers across Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
