Novum S.A. (Poland)

Novum S.A. is a company located in Warsaw, Poland. It started its operations as Telekomunikacja NOVUM Sp. z o.o. in August 2007. Initially, the main service provided by Novum S.A. was WLR (wholesale access to the TP network, where the operator takes over the handling of telephone calls from another operator along with collecting the subscription fee). On October 15, 2010, the company changed its organizational form from a limited liability company to a joint-stock company. In January 2013, Novum S.A. entered the market of selling electricity, based on the concession received from the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. Due to the company's dynamic development, a decision was made to change its name. On June 28, 2013, the company was registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the name "Novum Spółka Akcyjna" by the District Court in Warsaw. On October 1, 2019, Telego Sp. z o.o. acquired all telecommunications services from Novum S.A. so that the company could focus on energy products.
