"Osetrovskii Rechnoi Port" (Osetrovo River Port / ORP) is the country's most important strategic site through which 80% of goods are sent to the northern areas of Irkutsk region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the coastal areas of the Arctic from Khatanga to Kolyma. The bulk of the cargo arrives in Ust-Kut by rail after which it is transferred to the river transport in the port "Osetrovo". "Osetrovskii Rechnoi Port" carries out its operational activities on the site of Lena river length of 1980 km, from Ust-Kut to Yakutsk.
